general rules
- PAYMENT IS UPFRONT. You are required to provide a Full payment or 50% Down payment upon agreement, while the other 50% upon completion.
- Extra Fees may be charged depending on the complexity of details, background requests, etc.
- An invoice with the breakdown of your total will be sent once order is confirmed.
- Please provide image scale if necessary, and please be as clear as possible when providing references.
- A rough sketch will be sent to be approved before finalizing.
- I will send WIPs to every step accomplished. Minor Revisions are allowed to a maximum of 2 times.
- I may decline your commission if I feel that I cannot fulfill your request.
- I may personally message/email for any clarifications, or negotiations regarding on the piece before confirming the order.
- Commissions are for personal use only. Media asset uses (Twitch / Youtube) are OK, but please add proper credit.
- For Commercial use, (Merchandise, Prints, Shirts, etc.) please email me so we can settle a deal.
- I have rights on the artwork if it is to be showcased, Please inform me if you'd like to be tagged when I do post the piece on my own platform.
- Please do inform me if the artwork is for private use, hence no post or public showcase would be made.
- Please DO NOT alter, sell, or claim them as your own work and please provide proper credit to my social media handle when reposting.
- No cancellation/refund once I started on the commission.
